With offices in both Brisbane and Townsville, QAT is a leader in the insurance repair sector since its establishment in 1999, offering total building solutions across Queensland and the Northern Rivers of NSW.  Our team are always on hand to assist our clients in their time of need; with services including prompt make safe response, mitigation, reporting, and property reinstatement following a claimable event.

We offer a 24/7 emergency make safe response and insurance building services. Since our involvement in several catastrophe events following Cyclone Larry in 2006, QAT’s reputation has been galvanised as a truly professional and trustworthy service partner for our clients. The QAT team has been trusted with the responsibility to return our customer’s homes and properties to a pre-loss condition, from small to large loss claims.

Fire

We understand that the impact following a fire is significant.  Our specialised building team will work in conjunction with our trade partners and restoration technicians to assist in the immediate response following the unforeseen event of a fire. QAT provide make safe support, assess the condition of the property and its structural components, compile a detailed scope of works, demolition and reinstatement. Our caring and empathetic team will be with you every step of the way.

Flood

QAT have assisted clients & customers in some of the most significant flood impacted areas in Queensland, including Brisbane 2011, Ingham 2018, and most recently Townsville 2019.  Our dedicated team assists our customers throughout the entire claim process from electrical, plumbing and strip out works along with sanitation and structural drying to repairs and reinstatement.
