Darian our supervisor for our claim was fantastic. He was friendly and had great communication. His Teamwork with office staff, Carissa, following up/coordinating on jobs/tradesmen and keeping us up to date was awesome. The QAT team were great. Corey and Ash constantly kept up to date with progress of repairs. As we are not located in the same area as the property, from my understanding both also made time to keep our property manager informed of progress and identified areas for repairs which were not covered in  original scope of works.

Jason and Ash supported the process so well and kept us up to date during a very stressful time – a big thank you to you both. Your carpenter John was very good at his job and nothing was too much. Your painters did a great job too!

Everything was tended to perfectly, our house was well respected and all care was taken during preparation and whilst work was being undertaken and after completion. Our property was left with only the furniture to be put back in place.

The tiler, electrician, plumber, carpenters were all excellent. All very polite and helpful.

I am a person who has severe OCD and therefore expect a high level of performance. Both Carissa and Darian have succeeded my expectations in all facets of job criterion. I cannot recommend them more highly to anyone they represent. 5 stars guys 🙂

When things were not quite right, they were corrected. It has been a long process but Dane has supported throughout this challenge to repair the damage from the flood event.

Ash was really good to deal with whether it was via email or phone. Her communication and timeliness was excellent.

The two men who installed my air con were exceptional. I was think they were called Nifty Air. Personalised the delivery of the service to meet my needs.

The QAT team did a fantastic job and returned the hail and rain damaged area to as good as original. Although the process took a long time, it was worth the wait with most of the delays centred around the insurance approval process.

Darian as supervisor and Carissa as support and administration both provided great assistance with our questions regarding scheduling and progress and the processing of variations. However, the roofing team led by Troy and the later painting team led by Manwell were also efficient and quick in execution but also polite, friendly and a pleasure to have working for us.

Everyone has been very helpful and pleasant. They arrived at the times that was quoted and they worked efficiently and left the area clean. They even took away the broken stove which I appreciated. Thank you.

With delays that weren’t QATs fault the service was excellent. I was informed all the way through getting repairs and electrical work finished.

Ash Oakenfold was great at keeping us up to date on what was happening once work had begun on the repairs. Jason was amazing once he was put on our job, communicative and focused on getting trades organised.

I can’t fault the experience. I was dealing with another Insurer on another matter at the same time and experienced nothing but frustration, significant unexpected expense, delays, and rude unhelpful staff. Your front of house staff were extremely helpful, kept the information flow moving, ensured I had all the information I needed at all times and were always positive and pleasant. Fantastic customer service provided by Brett and Brooke.  I was continually kept up to date, Brett was very approachable and was happy to answer any of my queries or concerns.

Darian was very helpful thru the whole process and his coordination of the tradesmen was great. Excellent communication and willing to discuss and resolve any issues that arose. Good quality work. Great to deal with. Thanks.

Brett definitely knows what he is doing and managed to finish the repairs with a short period of time, without cutting corners. Shane. our co-ordinator of works to be done could not have been better. He always kept us up to date with what was forthcoming and checked with us once the work had been done and that we were satisfied with the outcome. All the tradies of each different field of repairs were extremely pleasant, professional and always cleaned up after themselves. So thankyou we could not have had it any easier.
