I can’t fault the experience. I was dealing with another Insurer on another matter at the same time and experienced nothing but frustration, significant unexpected expense, delays, and rude unhelpful staff. Your front of house staff were extremely helpful, kept the information flow moving, ensured I had all the information I needed at all times and were always positive and pleasant. All the workers were communicative, on time, did excellent work and left the work area cleaned up and looking better than new!
